Clarifying a complex suite of consulting services

I wrote this case study to showcase work done by a data science consultancy tasked with attracting new ticketholders to an opera house in Chicago.

I rewrote existing content to adhere to new brand guidelines, conducted subject matter interviews to fill in information gaps, and wrote new copy to clearly communicate the firm's value proposition of professional services beyond their AI platform.​
